I messaged Alan at 8pm on a Thursday night after another guy had let me down and he fitted me in on Saturday morning which was awesome. He let me know when he was on his way and once he arrived, (earlier than planned which was great)and as it happens, there were other issues that needed attention which he was more than happy to fix for us as well. He was very helpful with his advice and very friendly and got the job done. He is also a local small business, which I am very happy to support.
